Baptism!

In October, I wrote about the Engle family and how Chris used to work for them and they were all baptized. Well...on December 26th, yesterday, a great event occurred. Courteney Rieder, another friend of Chris from the A2Z Trophy shop, was baptized! Making it even more special, Tim Engle baptized her! How great is that?!!! Susan Engle spoke at the baptism and told us the story of when she was in the hospital just a few days before Chris left on his mission. Chris had taken her a Book of Mormon with his testimony written on the inside cover. She read us the note Chris gave her and told the story of her conversion and how it was the example of others that truly converted her to the Gospel. Congratulations Courteney!

Note to Chris: We love you my son! You are an amazing example to people not only in Japan, but here at home, where 6 people you have influenced have joined the Church while you are away serving the Lord! We love you!
